An Entirely New Way of Designing Systems?

ACM News Service: Cyber Security Has Its Limits.  “The recent intrusion into Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) business school computers illustrates that not even top IT security institutions can completely guard themselves against cyberthreats and that an entirely new way of designing systems is needed, according to security and privacy experts.”
